Reiva is committed to protecting the privacy of our users and their patients. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.
From clinic owners: Name, email, phone, clinic address, services, pricing, and operating hours.
From patients (via AI chat): Name, phone number, email (when voluntarily provided), appointment preferences, and health-related inquiries.
Automatically: Chat conversation logs, appointment records, and usage analytics.
All data is stored on secure servers. Conversations are processed through Google Gemini AI and OpenRouter APIs. We do not store or train AI models on patient data. Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS.
We do not sell, trade, or share patient data with third parties. Data is only accessible by the registered clinic account holder. AI processing is done through secure API calls to Google and OpenRouter with no data retention on their end for free-tier usage.
Patients can request their data by contacting the clinic directly. Patients can view their own records through the Patient Portal using their phone number. Clinic owners can delete patient records from their dashboard.
Video consultations are conducted through Jitsi Meet, an open-source platform. Video calls are peer-to-peer encrypted. We do not record video consultations.
We use localStorage to save your API key for dashboard access. No tracking cookies are used.
Our service is intended for use by medical professionals and adult patients. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
