These Terms of Service govern your use of Reiva, an AI receptionist platform for clinics, operated from Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Reiva is a software platform that provides AI-powered reception, appointment booking, patient management, e-prescription, payment, and telemedicine services for medical professionals and clinics.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key and account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. The Reiva AI receptionist is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Patient data entered into the system is stored securely and is only accessible by the registered business account holder. We do not sell or share patient data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The AI receptionist provides automated responses based on the information you provide. It is not a medical professional and should not be relied upon for medical advice. The clinic owner is responsible for the accuracy of information provided to the AI.
Free tier users have access to basic features with usage limits. Paid plans are billed monthly in BDT. Payments are processed via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support.
Reiva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
